- sometimes the File Explorer window enclosed within a tab

- after deleting a tab via its taskbar preview, the number of previews
did not update

- in Windows 11+, File Explorer windows containing old Control Panel
did not get into containers

[*] Virtual Desktops: Numerous fixes and improvements for the Independent mode:

- the facility handled improperly desktop geometry transitions
"from lesser to greater number of active monitors" (like from
one to two, or from two to four, etc.) if started initially
with the lesser number of active monitors

- after detaching a monitor from the desktop, windows being resided on
other monitors' active desktops might disappear

- after detaching a monitor from the desktop, the drag-n-drop
in the VD Switchers on remained monitors might stop working

[-] On some multi-monitor systems, the primary display might be detected
incorrectly, resulting in various visual and logical issues.

[-] Actual Taskbar, Windows 11 22H2+: Numerious fixes:

- in some systems, the "Replace the system taskbar" feature
might work improperly

- certain apps' tray icons (e.g. WhatsApp, MS Teams, Daemon Tools)
were empty

- Security system tray icon did not respond to left/right mouse clicks

- Safe Removal system tray icon was white in the Light visual theme

[-] Save Idle Screens: Screen savers did not start automatically even if
the "Start automatically" option was enabled until making some changes
in the Actual Window Manager settings and applying them
while Actual Window Manager was running.

[-] Window Actions, Window Menu: "Show clipboard templates" and "Quick settings"
items stopped being added to a window's system menu even if they
were enabled in the Actual Window Manager settings.

[-] Configuration, Desktop Profiles: The profile options detail panel flickered
when changing a selected profile element in the list of profiles.

[-] Configuration, Multiple Monitors: The "Monitors' Layout and Settings" panel
might look garbled in some combinations of font face/size (some controls
