Footnotes can now be nested, for example if you want to link to an endnote from a footnote. Note that OpenDocument doesn't support nested footnotes, unless you disable special footnote formatting in your configuration.
If two footnotes are adjacent, a non-breaking space is inserted to separate them and make them easier to click.
Footnotes are now listed as 'notes' in the Inspector with the type of note appended, and whether nested (a footnote within another footnote).
Endnotes and Auto Notes are now listed as well as Footnotes in the highlighting preferences, so they show in different colours.
The new command Footnote Management has been added to the Format | Book menu, allowing the footnote location to be changed en masse.

If you don't specify a separator when loading a string table from a text file, Jutoh will assume the whole line is a name. If you don't specify a separator when saving a string table to a text file, Jutoh will use a space if there is a value.
Added a configuration option "Guillemet spacing" which allows thin or normal non-breaking spaces to be added after a left guillemet and before a right guillemet, for HTML and ODT.
Added configuration options "Project abbreviation table" and "Global abbreviation table", which specify string tables to be used to add a non-breaking space after abbreviations.
The formerly experimental configuration options "Project hyphenation table" and "Global hyphenation table" have been made regular options, and these specify the word to be soft-hyphenated (in the string name) and the hyphenated word (in the string value). A dash is specified for soft hyphenation, and two dashes for hard hyphenation.
The formatting cleanup dialog now supports presets.
Merging paragraphs with Format | Spacing | Merge Paragraphs is smarter about whether a space is added before punctuation or after hyphens.
