Added a Generate NavTOC configuration option, to eliminate the navtoc.xhtml file normally generated for Epub 3 files. For submission of Epub files to ElevenLabs, for example, this TOC will appear in the text when a TOC is not appropriate.
Added the configuration options Characters to include and Characters to exclude, so that text within paragraphs can be included or excluded according to their character style.
Added a new speech profile option, Inject SSML, which allows SSML to be inserted in non-SSML formats, currently Epub 3 and text. This allows speech markup such as pauses to be used for submission to ElevenLabs in Epub or text form.
Fixed a crash when editing certain fields in a field property dialog.
For set-variable and get-variable fields, if the value is empty, now shows the variable name in brackets instead of the name of the field.
The list of speech profiles is now a more reasonable size.
