added new scaling option "GPU - Integer Scaling" (#522) (may not work on all display (adapter) configurations)
added DDC settings which allows you to control (some features of) your monitor (if supported). You can for example use VCP code 10 (Luminance) to change the brightness and also add this to a preset. When used in a preset you can also specify whether the value is a fixed or a relative change (increase/decrease). This allows you to create presets which increase or decrease the lumince with 10% for example.
Notes:
which VCP codes work depends highly on the monitor
some VCP codes and/or specific values may have an undesired effect which sometimes can only be resolved by resetting the picture preset (or more). Do not use certain VCP codes and/or random values if you do not know what effect they might have.
in the case of a LG Dual-mode monitor it is sometimes possible to trigger the Dual-mode or change back to normal mode via VCP code "B1". On the LG 45GX950A you can use value "8448" to trigger Dual-mode and use "8704" for the normal mode.
also added an experimental function to remove the "Out of range" OSD. This can be handy when experimenting with custom resolutions which display perfectly, but the display constantly shows an "Out of range" message.

Color profiles

improved "Shadow detail boost" setting. The setting can now also be made negative and beyond 100%.
added "Shadow detail range" setting. This controls the range of the EOTF which is affected by the "Shadow detail boost" setting. Previously the entire EOTF curve was affected.
added Red, Green and Blue gains which allows you to alter the EOTF curve of each color channel separately. Note that in HDR the gains are always rolled off to 100% at the brighter end of the EOTF curve to prevent clipping and/or lowering peak luminance.
New UI

default UI is now set to "Web (embedded browser)"
the default Web UI port is now set to "0", which means it will be automatically assigned by .NET. You can change the port via the UI and it will directly be applied. Note that if in some cases the UI is not able to reload automatically, you then have to relaunch the UI manually via the system tray icon.
added new setting: Web UI: Allow remote connections. This is default disabled and allows you to control if remote devices have access to the UI or not.
